After using this blower for 3+ weeks, 4-5 times a week, this is NOT near the blower in quality & performance as was my previous blower, a Husqvarna, 125B Blower. The Poulan blower discharge tube fits loosely (cannot be tightened), hard to start (either cold, or, after running - it takes 5-7 pulls to start again, when warm, or hot), does not have the adjustable throttle control, does not have the continuous quick throttle response & is not as powerful. My experience was like just about everyone else's. I am a home user. After about 10 - 15 uses (2 seasons) it begins to start with difficulty, and never when warm. Eventually, it just won't start. Repair is typically too expensive to justify. Somewhere along the line the pull cord will come out and will have to be reattached (requires a complete disassembly of the case). Pass on this one. I also found out a gas blower is one of the best pieced of equipment to buy. I owned this one for about 2 1/2 years and it has worked well plenty of blowing power and can suck up leaves from hedges with ease. Have about 30 hours on it. Don't use the small air attachment since it restricts airflow it it has plenty of power. Couple of things to keep in mind all 2 cycle engines are hard to start. There also bad if you don't use them much since the gas and oil can go stale (drain your equipment if not using for extended periods of time) You also should use synthetic 2 cycle oil when you mix it. Recommend you buy a gallon gas can and mix it with 1 bottle to gallon gas. This thing has always started for me just make sure you pump 10 times and pull it a couple of times.
